焦糖巴西龜擁有棕紅色的魔眼，無眼線，視力正常。絕大數個體無紅耳，手腳無紋，皮膚粉色。背甲底色為奶黃色，有些個體會有灰色斑紋，形成強烈的顏色對比，但是斑紋會隨著時間逐漸模糊。
